Cnesco is committed to partnerships in the service of professional development for education professionals, grounded in research and adapted to local contexts.

Cnesco develops partnerships with regional education authorities (académies), regional academic bodies and Inspé institutions in order to support initial and continuing professional development strategies for education professionals.
Based on co-construction with local stakeholders, this approach aims to mobilise knowledge from educational research in order to:
- inform pedagogical practice,
- enrich training programmes,
- and support the development of professional practices.
