This statement was established on 16/03/2026.

It was established on the basis of an internal assessment, in the absence of a RGAA compliance audit.

Test results

No compliance audit has to date enabled the RGAA criteria to be assessed.

Despite the efforts made, certain content is not currently accessible.

Non-compliance

In the absence of an audit, the content listed below may not be accessible, including:

  • certain PDF documents;
  • certain images lacking relevant alternative text;
  • certain videos or multimedia content lacking subtitles, text transcripts or audio description;
  • certain navigation elements or forms that may not be fully usable with a keyboard;
  • certain colour contrasts or heading structures that may not be compliant.

Alternatives can be provided on request by contacting the Cnesco.

Exemptions for disproportionate burden

Full compliance of certain content, particularly audiovisual content, would represent a disproportionate burden given the resources currently available.

Content not subject to the accessibility requirement

The following are notably excluded:

  • Office files published before 23 September 2018, unless required for administrative purposes
  • Audio and video content published before 23 September 2020
  • Live-streamed content
  • Online maps, provided that accessible alternatives are available
  • Third-party content outside Cnesco’s control
  • Archive content not updated after 23 September 2019
